A great friend of The Container Store, Roy Spence joined us at our 2011 Staff Meeting and filled us all with inspiration beyond measure. In The 10 Essential Hugs of Life, Roy shares many of these same lessons that "wowed" all of our employees. Roy was raised in a family of "huggers" and learned early on from his dad that anyone worth meeting is worth hugging, and it's up to us all to take up the call to put a little more joy in the lives of those we touch, including our own.
